Montblanc Leaked Galaxy S6 And Galaxy S6 Edge Luxury Leather Covers

Samsung will hold their Unpacked event in two days and unveil the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge handsets. While we wait for that event to start, another interesting Galaxy S6-related news came our way. Montblanc, a luxury accessories manufacturer, leaked the Galaxy S6 cases ahead of its launch event, just like Spigen did a while back. Montblanc and Samsung already worked together in the past, when the company released luxury cases for the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge handsets.

This page has been taken down already, but it's still cached, thus allowing everyone to see its content. These listings once again confirm that the two devices will, indeed be named the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. The cutouts are also where they're supposed to be and go hand-in-hand with previously leaked material. If you'd like to check out these cases, just scroll down and check out the gallery below the article. As you can see, there's a pretty big camera cutout on the back of those cases, it seems like the heartrate biometric sensor will be located next to the camera unit and LED flash. That's only a guess at this point, of course.

That being said, according to the previous information, both these handsets will feature a QuadHD (2560 x 1440) Super AMOLED display bigger than 5-inches, we still don't know the exact size. Samsung's new 14nm Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor will power on both of these handsets, and 3 or 4GB of RAM will be included. Multiple storage variants will be available, as always, and a 16 or 20-megapixel camera will be included on the back of these devices. The 5-megapixel front-facing camera was mentioned in some benchmark results, and Android Lollipop will come pre-installed on these devices with Samsung's TouchWiz UI on top of Google's OS. Speaking of TouchWiz, recent rumors claim that the company significantly de-bloated their Android skin, and that it will come with only 2 Samsung apps pre-installed.

Samsung will hold their event as part of Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona on March 1st at 5:30pm (local time) / 11:30am EST, so stay tuned for that. Let us know what you think about all this in the meantime though.
