Xiaomi Mi4 (16GB) Gets Announced In India For Rs. 19,999 ($326), Will Go On Sale On February 10th

Xiaomi Mi4 was announced back in July 2014, and is one of Xiaomi's most popular and best devices to date. The company did announce the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro handsets earlier this month, which kind off took the "flagship" status at the company, but the Mi4 is still a beast of a device and for the most part as powerful as the Mi Note. This handset was available in China for about half a year now, and you could purchase it internationally via resellers. Well, the company has just announced that the device is now available for purchase in India as well.

I'm sure that many users in India have been waiting for this thing to launch, as I said, the Mi4 is still a great handset. This device features a 5-inch 1080p IPS LCD display along with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of non-expandable internal storage (the 64GB variant is available in China). The device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz which comes with an Adreno 330 GPU for graphics. Xiaomi Mi4 comes with a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera (Sony's IMX214 BSI sensor, 6-element lens and f/1.8 aperture) and a dual-LED flash, while there's a 8-megapixel shooter located on the front side of this device. The Mi4 comes with Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed on top of which you'll find company's very own MIUI OS. Xiaomi Mi4 measures 139.2 x 68.5 x 8.9mm and weighs 149 grams. Non-removable 3080mAh battery is also a part of this package and this handset comes with 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS support.

This handset follows Xiaomi Redmi 1S and Redmi Note launches in India and will go on sale on February 10th exclusively via Flipkart. The device will be available in White color and will cost you Rs. 19,999 ($326) should you choose to buy it. If you're interested, the registrations for the sale begin today at 6PM (local time), and the company has also announced that they'll launch the 64GB variant of this handset in India in the future. That's it, the handset will be available soon, anyone plans to grab one in India?
