Samsung's Galaxy Note Edge was listed for pre-order in the UK back in September and was supposed to go on sale in UK on November 28th, but that didn't happen. The second report came along and stated that the device will be available starting December 12th, well, the shipping date was once again pushed and the Samsung's UK website now states that the device will ship on December 17th. So, the device will be available directly from Samsung on said date if the company doesn't postpone it yet again. For those of you who are unwilling to wait for Samsung to launch the device on their official website, well, you can get a copy of the Note Edge via Carphone Warehouse.
This UK-based mobile phone retailer is the first to offer the Note Edge in the UK. Carphone Warehouse's website now shows that both the Black and White version of the handset are in stock and available on Pay Monthly plans or SIM free while the retailer also offers free next day delivery. Carphone Warehouse will also be the only place you'll be able to get this handset in White considering the retailer has secured a UK exclusive on that variant of the device. Galaxy Note Edge is certainly not a cheap device, in order to get it from the retailer for free, pay monthly deals start from £58.50 per month for new customers, with unlimited minutes, texts and 10GB 4G+ data each month. Those who decide to upgrade can get the handset for £53.50 per month on a 3G plan (unlimited minutes/texts, 4G data) or the aforementioned 4G plan. If you decide to get this handset via Carphone Warehouse, you can get it only on Vodafone Pay Monthly plans, as far as contracts go at least. If you want to pay outright for the device with no contract obligation or anything of the sort, that will cost you £729.99, which is £29.99 more expensive compared to the official Samsung UK listing.
There you have it. For those of you who are looking to get the device on contract via another carrier, you're out of luck. As I already mentioned, Vodafone has the Note Edge exclusive in the UK. If you're interested in getting the device via Carphone Warehouse, follow the source link below.
