Roundup Of All Available Nexus Android 5.01 Lollipop Updates With Downloads Included

If you missed the news yesterday then you missed a little bit of big news. Android's new favourite operating System, Android 5.0 (Lollipop) received an update. This was not a massive update and certainly not to the level we saw on the actual 5.0 update. Nevertheless, the update is here taking Android incrementally from 5.0 to 5.0.1. Now, before everyone gets too excited this is only for the Nexus users. If you are a Nexus user than the OTA has commenced and you should be receiving it soon enough. If you cannot wait though then below is a list of currently available updates for your sideloading pleasure.

If you are still reading then chances are you know what you are doing and how to install these updates. As usual, bootloader needs to be open, ADB installed and prior knowledge in place. To avoid complication, links are in Nexus number order.

If you are running a Nexus 4 then this one is for you taking you from 4.4.4 (KTU84P) through to 5.0 (LRX21T)

Running a Nexus 5 then choose the link relative to your device. Going from 4.4.4 (KTU84P) 5.0 hammerhead (LRX21O) then click here. Going from 4.4.4 (KTU84Q) through to 5.0 (LRX21O) click here.

Nexus 6 owners then this one is for you taking you from 5.0 (LNX07M) through to 5.0 (LRX21O)

Nexus 7 2012 and Nexus 7 2013? Well, this is where the fun begin.

For Nexus 7 2012 click here for 4.4.4 (KTU84P) through to 5.0 (LRX21P)

For Nexus 7 2012 3G you will have to wait.

For Nexus 7 2013 WiFi click here for the 5.0 download taking you from 4.4.4 (KTU84P) through to 5.0 (LRX21P). If already on 5.0 then click here for the newest update from 5.0 (LRX21P) through to 5.0.1 (LRX22C).

For Nexus 7 2013 LTE you will have to wait.

Nexus 9 owner click the relevant link. For Volantis going from 5.0 (LRX21L) -> 5.0 (LRX21R) click here. If Volantis going from 5.0 (LRX21Q) through to 5.0 (LRX21R) click here.
