As Part of Cyber Monday, Motorola Gives UK Customers £100 Off Moto X (2014)

As if Black Friday crossing the pond wasn't enough for the UK shopper to deal with, with all the online crashes and fights breaking out in certain stores, here comes Cyber Monday. Traditionally, Cyber Monday is where all the electronics are discounted, but much of that has fallen back to Black Friday. Motorola however, is looking to give the UK buyer a pretty great Cyber Monday deal, with £100 off the cost of a 2014 Moto X direct from them. That brings the Moto X (2014) down to £319.99 from £419.99, and that price includes Moto Maker, giving you the opportunity to design your ideal Moto X smartphone.

How you go about getting that £100 discount is a little odd however, as you need to sign up for a promo code on Motorola's website here, and then await your code. The code that's given to you doesn't expire until December the 16th, so you do have plenty of time to design your perfect Moto X and weigh up your options. When I went ahead and signed up for a code, I didn't receive it right away but instead got an email asking me to start building my perfect Moto X. Perhaps Motorola is looking to weigh up demand and adjust their promo code output accordingly, who knows, but the code is valid 'til the 16th giving you plenty of time.

The Moto X (2014) is a great device at this sort of price - or any price for that matter - and features many of the features that makes the Nexus 6 so appealing, but at a more manageable 5.2-inch size, and yes, this is already running Lollipop. Let us know if you decide on getting the Moto X this Cyber Monday in the comments below, and as always, happy hunting!
