If you still haven't managed to pick up all your Christmas presents then you probably do not need to be told how tight you are cutting it. It is December 16th so that means there are only nine days until Christmas. Which means only eight shopping dates left, in reality. Of course, if we are talking online shopping then maybe only a couple of days left. This is the rub of shopping online and especially at this time of year, you can indeed grab some bargain priced presents, but getting them on time is another thing. Even if a website says they will ship before Christmas you still have to rely on the postal service making sure it does arrive on time.

Well, if you are one of this last minute shoppers then it looks like Amazon are here to help you feel a little better. In addition, to probably having the gift you are looking for at a cheaper price they are also trying to make sure their cutoff point is as late as possible. Amazon are expecting December 18th to be one of their busiest days so remember this when you are ordering. If you are a Prime customer then you can take advantage of Prime free shipping and will have up until December 22nd for Christmas delivery. If you are in a real pinch then you can still opt for next day delivery on December 23rd (prices as low as $2.99). Worse case scenario, Amazon are offering same day delivery on December 24th.

So there you go. If you are running late this year then amazon might be your best bet. What you save on the prices compared to the retail shops might be worth investing in the next day or same day delivery.
