Sony Xperia Z Ultra's Price Cut To INR 19,990 ($326) At And Flipkart

Sony has surprised many people when the company unveiled the enormous Xperia Z Ultra phablet back in July. This 6.4-inch monster has been on sale for quite some time now all over the world, but hasn't sold all that well. Even the Google Play Edition of the phone is available for those who want to use pure Android on this thing. We have some good news for those of you who live in India and want to get your hands on Sony's Z Ultra phablet. This handset is now available for purchase from Amazon India and Flipkart for just INR 19,990 ($326). It is available in Black, White and Purple colors, though the White version of the phone is not available at this reduced price at Flipkart. If you're interested in getting this phablet and you live in India, follow either of the links above and get your hands on your copy of the device considering nobody mentioned how long will the device be available at a reduced price.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra features a 6.4-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) display along with 2GB of RAM for your multitasking and 16GB of internal storage (expandable via MicroSD card up to 64GB). This phablet is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 quad-core CPU clocked at 2.2GHz which comes with an Adreno 330 GPU for graphics processing. On the back of this phablet you'll find an 8-megapixel camera with AF while there's a 2-megapixel snapper available on the front of the device for your selfies, video calls and what not. Android 4.2 JellyBean comes out of the box here, but you should be able to upgrade the device to Android 4.4.4 KitKat once you fire it up, I believe the update is available in India. On top of Android, you'll find Sony's very own UI though, of course. This phablet ships with a non-removable 3050mAh battery on the inside. Xperia Z Ultra is IP58 certified for water and dust resistance, as Sony's phones tend to be. The device measures 179.4 x 92.2 x 6.5mm while it weighs 212 grams.

There you have it. If you live in India and you're interested in purchasing this device, follow the links above and get one from Flipkart or Amazon for INR 19,990 ($326).
