Last year, Motorola sold the Moto X pretty cheap and sold a ton of them, for Cyber Monday. And it looks like they'll be doing a repeat of that this year with the Moto X (2014). Which actually just got Lollipop, which makes this deal even sweeter. The Moto X (2014) is going for $359 off contract, or if you want to buy the Verizon variant on contract, it'll be $0.01. Remember Verizon has the exclusive on the football leather back. Also, the black leather and navy blue leather had been out of stock, and they are now back in stock for this deal, which is great. Remember that the leathers and wood options will cost you an extra $25, and the bump to 32GB of storage will be an extra $50.
A few things to keep in mind:
- $140 off the price of an off-contract Moto X
- Moto X on Verizon Wireless starting at one cent (If a consumer signs up for a new account, has an eligible upgrade, or adds a line, they can get a 16gb Moto X for .$01, 32Gb for $50.01. Wood/leather upsells are $25.)
- 30% off any accessories with purchase of a Moto X
So you'll need to go to this site at about 12-noon EST on Monday, December 1st, so you can register for your code. The code will be good until December 12th, so you'll have time to design your own Moto X just how you like it. I've had both the black leather and bamboo review units and I really like the leather version, so I'd recommend one of the leathers, although the wood is quite nice too.
Additionally, the Motorola Moto E is going to be on sale for $9.99 through Walmart.com, if you want to pick up one of those. Which is also a pretty decent phone, especially for the price. So lots of goodies from Motorola for Cyber Monday. How many of you are planning on grabbing a Moto X?
