IUNI U3 Unboxing

IUNI is one of those rather unknown Chinese brands. IUNI manufactured a rather successful device last year, IUNI U2, that handset is on sale starting November 11 in China by the way. IUNI U2 sported a really beastly specifications at launch and IUNI didn't want to break that tradition it seems, the company unveiled IUNI U3 back in August and managed to attract attention from consumers, even those located out of China. Interest has been significant when it comes to this device and why should it be, we're talking about a 2000 Yuan ($327) price in China, which is a steal for this device. Let's check out the device and what it has to offer.

IUNI U3 features a 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display by Sharp along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz is powering this thing and it comes with an Adreno 330 GPU for graphics processing. On the back of this handset, you'll find a 13-megapixel camera (Sony's sensor) while there's a 5-megapixel snapper located up front. 3000mAh is also part of this package and the device comes with Android 4.4.4 OS out of the box with IUNI OS on top of it. This is an LTE capable device and it sports a rather sleek design with really thin bezels on the sides. This is also a dual-SIM device, in case you need that functionality. That's not all though, this handset is built out of magnesium alloy and plastic which should make it quite sleek and yet durable. It does not come with Google Play services installed and can't be sideloaded at the time, if that is important , you may have to flash a custom rom on this phone.

You get all this for just 2000 Yuan in China, that's a bargain, no matter which way you look at it. We finally managed to get our hands on our own copy of the device and got it unboxed for you. To find out what has been hiding inside of the IUNI U3 box check out the gallery down below, there are lots of images for you to feast your eyes on. We'll put the phone through its paces and let you know what we think about it afterwards.  I have to admit I'm really excited to see how will it perform and still can't believe you can get an all-in-one premium package smartphone at such an affordable price point. As a side note,1949deal.com are now selling this handset for $389 respectively you can get it in white , green and black.
