System Monitor

With System Monitor you can manage tasks, apps, and much more. You'll enjoy features like System Resources - displays general information about the system. Allow you to configure the options for action by clicking on the widget (configurable in the options program). Available actions for a widget: Clean up the memory by pressing a widget, Launch System monitor, Update the content of the widget, CPU Monitor - displays a graph of the current CPU load. Memory monitor - displays a graph of memory usage. Battery monitor - displays a graph of battery usage.

CPU-Z

CPU-Z is basically just there to show what's running your phone. As in the processor, RAM, and other stuff. With the app, you can check the SoC (System On Chip) name, architecture, clock speed for each core ; System information : device brand & model, screen resolution, RAM, storage.; Battery information : level, status, temperature ; Sensors.

System Monitor

System Monitor is one of my favorite apps here. It's a great looking app that allows you to check the frequency at which the processor is running at, what apps are hogging RAM, and a ton of other things. If you're looking for the complete package, System Monitor is the one to get.

CPU Spy

This is a pretty simple app, and the design hasn't been updated in quite a while. But it basically just shows you the speed at which the processor is running at. Including deep sleep. That's literally about all we have in this app, actually.

System Info

A pretty simple app here as well. Not the best looking app, but it does what it does, and does it well. Features include; Battery details including battery state, health, usage technology and more. CPU information including CPU usage and technology. Signal details, check your IMEI number, phone identifier and more... Network, you can check your IP configuration, MAC, access point...

CPU / RAM / DEVICE Identifier

This app literally just tells you what CPU you're running, how much RAM and what device it is. That's about all it does. So it is a pretty small app, which is expected.

CPU Spy Reborn

This is a bit more nicer version of CPU Spy, and it basically just goes and looks to see what speed your phone is running at. Which helps to see if you've got a wakelock or something like that.

Smart System Info

This app gives you all kinds of system info including Battery percent (is it charging?), technology, temperature and voltage, CPU type/name, Processor currently scaling and load, Uptime in DD:HH:MM:SS, Free and total RAM, internal memory space and SD card space, Brand name of your device, codename, IMEI/MEID and motherboard ("hardware"), Screen resolution, density and refresh, Android version, API level, Build and user name, Your Internet connection: IP, operator, country, roaming, Wi-Fi: SSID, BSSID, MAC address.

CPU Hog

With CPU Hog you can go ahead and find out what apps or processes are hogging all the processor speed and the RAM on your phone. "You can control the battery temperature threshold, in which CPU Hog starts to look for the hogging process.
Note that every device has its normal work temperature, and its important to set this temperature with accordance with your device behavior."
