While I was out of town attending Verizon and Google’s events this week in New York City. Sony sent over the Xperia Z3 for T-Mobile. And now that I’ve gotten home and caught up on mostly everything. It’s time to take a look at the Xperia Z3 in some pictures, and an unboxing of the device. We haven’t really covered the Xperia Z3 yet, mostly because we couldn’t get our hands on an unlocked one, and the T-Mobile variant just launched this week. So there’s lots to go over here with the Xperia Z3.
The Sony Xperia Z3 has a 5.2-inch 1920×1080 resolution IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 20.7MP camera. Speaking of the camera, we’ll be doing a camera shootout with the Nexus 6, DROID Turbo, and the Galaxy Note 4 pretty soon. As all four have some really great cameras, and we need to check them out!
Right now, T-Mobile has the exclusive on the Xperia Z3, which kind of sucks, but it is also available unlocked here in the US – and so is the Xperia Z3 Compact. The Xperia Z3 is at least available here in the US, which is a great thing, especially for those that are fans of the Xperia Z3 and just Sony in general. Like I said, we’ve got lots of content as well as a full review on the way for the Xperia Z3 so you’ll want to stay tuned to Android Headlines for all the info.
