Motorola Attempts To Recruit Employees Through "Work At Motorola Mobility" Video

It isn't unheard of for companies to put the word out that they're hiring and looking for bright employees to join the team. However it isn't usually through Videos uploaded to YouTube and broadcast all over the internet. That's the age we live in now though, where group meetings and interviews can be had over the wonders of video conference calling and video chat, and the beginning of the hiring process that starts with informing people that you're hiring can be done through videos and posted to social media. Motorola has been making some major changes over the last couple of years, and have brought us some amazing devices with the Moto X, Moto G, Moto E, and the newly released Moto 360 as well as the upcoming Google Nexus 6.

Motorola may be headed into the direction of new leadership with Lenovo which could spell some more changes for the originally U.S. brand, but they still seem to have their minds focused on bringing the world great things and they evidently want all the help they can get. In a recent video they posted up to YouTube and then shared through their social media pages, Motorola is asking people to work for the company. It's not as simple as watching the video of course and expressing your interest, there will still obviously be a hiring process involved that includes the standard fare with these kinds of things, but it's nice to know that Motorola is actively looking and they aren't afraid to let people know through unconventional means.

Motorola is still Motorola, but to that end they are vastly different than they were 10 years ago. They have big plans for looking ahead and if you think you have what it takes to bring something useful and innovative to the team at Motorola Mobility why not give the video a watch and then navigate over to the careers page on their website and apply. Hopefully through this type of recruitment people will actively seek out a position and perhaps we'll see some even more amazing things to come from the new Motorola. Are you interested in working for Motorola?
