Moto 360 Goes on Sale in the UK Today; With the Moto X Just £359.99 for 24 Hours

For those of you across the pond in the UK that have been waiting to get their hands on a Moto 360 then today is your lucky day. Starting 12PM on Tuesday October 28th, the Moto 360 will be available for sale directly from Motorola, however Moto is saying that there will be limited stock available, which doesn't exactly sound reassuring. The device will also be available from O2 in the UK as well, but as of writing their website lists the watch as "Coming Soon". If you're unfamiliar with the Moto 360, it's essentially the Android Wear watch that a lot of people were waiting for. It stands out from the crowd with its circular display, traditional timepiece design and one of the most innovative chargers we've ever seen for a watch. For more info on the 360, you can take a look at our review here.

Now, if you're more interested in the latest smartphone from Motorola, the 2014 model of the Moto X, you'll be pleased to hear that for 24 hours, it'll cost just £359.99 in the UK, which is down from the usual price of £419.99. While not a massive saving, it is quite a decent reduction and considering that the Moto X offers mostly stock Android with some very thoughtfully added features, like voice control among other things, the Moto X is a great device to 'live with'. It doesn't try too hard, doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't and it'll probably get Android 5.0 Lollipop long before the HTCs, Sonys and LGs out there. All-in-all, the Moto X (2014) is a good device and one worth taking a look at, especially if you're in the market for some customization, too.

The Moto 360 goes on sale at 12PM GMT in the UK today, and the Moto X will be on sale for £359.99 for the next 24 hours only, so on both counts you'll need to be quick, as it doesn't seem like Motorola has all that much stock available, sadly. You can purchase the Moto 360 at the source link below (from 12PM of course) and the Moto 360 should be found on Motorola's website, too.

Android saved me from the boredom of iOS years ago and I love watching the platform grow.
