Samsung is a marketing machine, we've known this for a few years now. Some of their marketing decisions we really like, while others…not so much. But this latest full-length ad they've released is somewhere in the middle. You've basically got two guys saying all kinds of "noteisms" throughout their day. Like "unfortunote" and stuff like that. It is somewhat funny, especially at the coffee shop when they ask for a cappuccinote and the guy just looks at them like "wtf?" So do you note?
The Galaxy Note 4 is now available for pre-order through all four carriers here in the US, and has been available in South Korea – Samsung's home country – for a few weeks now. In fact they just sold out of their Galaxy Note 4 stock yesterday. The Galaxy Note 4 features a 5.7-inch 2560×1440 resolution Super AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 32GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. There's also a 16MP camera on the back with a 3.7MP front-facing shooter. Samsung has also packed in a 3200mAh battery that is removable and it's running on Android 4.4 KitKat and the latest version of Touchwiz. The Galaxy Note 4 is due to launch around the world on October 17th. So you can expect to see a whole lot of marketing coming from Samsung over the next few weeks as they ramp up for the full launch of "the next big thing" in a few weeks.
There's no doubt about it. The Galaxy Note 4 is a beast. But it's also not for everyone. Not everyone wants a big smartphone. But there's obviously plenty that do since the Galaxy Note has been the top selling device since it launched about 4 years ago. So how many of our readers are going to be picking one up next month?
