Give your LG G3 Twice the Battery Life with Mugen Power's 6200mAh Extended Battery

You can never have enough juice for your device, especially if you are the travelling sort. Sometimes a power outlet can be miles away, and even though portable battery chargers are an option, having to connect your smart phone or tablet to the device via cable can be a pain, especially if you aren't stationary. This is what makes phones with removable batteries so useful though. This is where companies such as Mugen come in.

Take the LG G3 for example, it has a 3,000mAh removable battery, and that might be enough for some people. But for others, not so much. Luckily, for those of us that need more power, Mugen has stepped up to the plate with its latest offering, the Mugen Power 6200mAh Extended Battery. As you can see from the product name, the extended battery offers more than twice the capacity of the standard G3 battery (2.07 times to be exact). That should get you all the way from Bangkok back to Chicago, or wherever you are going.

The Mugen Power 6200mAh just slots into the rear of the G3 like the standard battery does, and the modified rear panel clicks in as usual. Yes, the extended battery and its modified rear panel means that the G3 will become a little bit thicker, but the ability to use the smart phone for a longer period without worry about running out of juice will likely negate any lingering feelings of doubt.

The Mugen Power Extended Battery is compatible with the Sprint LS990, Verizon VS985, T-Mobile D851, AT&T G3 as well as the European version:D855. It can be had in Black, Gold or White variants, and comes with a built-in kickstand that is handy for watching videos on the G3.

So how much will it set you back? You can purchase the Mugen Power 6200mAh Extended Battery (HLI-G3XL) from here for $99 (£63) plus shipping that varies depending on where you live. Mugen is a well-known brand, and they pride themselves on their premium quality thanks to their rigorous testing process. Let us know how you get on at our Google Plus page.
