Motorolas Moto X Sale Will Be Extended Through August 7th

Motorola's back to school sale kicked off just a few weeks ago and now is getting extended through August 7th. If you haven't heard, Motorola has discounted their flagship Moto X that is unlocked and with no contract. Depending on what Gigabyte model you choose will determine how much of a discount you will get. For the standard 16GB Moto X that cost $299, you will get $100 off. The $324 32GB Moto X will get a $125 discount and the $374 64GB Moto X will receive the same $125 discount. The discounts on these handsets will go on for just a couple more days so if you are considering on buying a Moto X, the time to act is now. Keep in mind that these devices are contract free and are unlocked, so you can take this phone to any carrier that you please.

The sale originally ended on July 31st but now has gotten an extension to August 7th, giving users more time to act on this deal. If you are really considering this phone but don't know much about it, here is a little information about the device.  First and foremost, The Moto X came out in Mid 2013, so handset has a little age to it. The device has a 4.7" display and a curved back that fits comfortably in your hand. The Moto X  runs stock Android which makes this device stand out among other devices that have alternate UI's on top. Inside the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 Pro processor and 2GB of RAM. The cameras on the Moto X are decent too coming in at 10MP on the rear and 2MP on the front.

The specifications for this device are nicely balanced and with the discounts given, are pretty much a steal. The Moto X is a great device and if you are for sure about grabbing one, you may want to hurry. The sale will end exactly at 11:59 PM est on Thursday -- which is August 7th.
