GooPhone N4 Poses For The Camera Branded As A Samsung Device

GooPhone's Galaxy Note 4 clone will be available for pre-order on September 15th. GooPhone is a Chinese phone maker who just loves to copy well known brands and make knock-off phones. They did the same thing with the Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy S5 and the iPhone 5 for example. GooPhone tends to release images of their knock-offs before the real devices are launched, they just did that for the Note 4's clone dubbed GooPhone N4.

Interesting enough, I first though this is some sort of a mistake considering the device on the images is branded as a Samsung device. GooPhone will surely have to deal with Samsung's lawyers when it comes to this, cloning under a different brand is one thing but this is just wrong. Of course they probably won't release it branded this way, the device is called GooPhone N4 after all and Samsung would shut down sales immediately if they did and probably bankrupt the company with the following lawsuits. Anyhow, the device you can see in the images below actually resembles an awful lot to the Galaxy Note 3, I actually had to pull up a Note 3 picture to see the difference. Lower bezels are ever so slightly smaller in this knock-off, front-facing camera is closer to the sensors than in the Note 3 and the back camera looks more like the one on the Galaxy S5, if we consider the shape of it that is. GooPhone N4 is sporting a 5.7-inch 1080p display (1920 x 1080) along with MediaTek's MTK6592 octa-core CPU clocked at 1.7GHz and 2GB of RAM. 13-megapixel is located at the back of the device with a 5-megapixel shooter available on the front. The device will ship with Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed and will carry a 3200mAh battery.

What is interesting about GooPhone is that they usually tend to get the design right when copying a certain device even though it hasn't even launched yet. Could this mean these images are actually extremely close to what the Note 4 will look like? Well, if past experiences are to be believed, this is what the Note 4 will look like. Even the back camera seems to fit recently surfaced Galaxy Note 4 accessories, alleged accessories that is. Note 4 will be unveiled on September 3rd in Berlin and then we'll see how accurate is this clone's design.
