Gameloft and Microsoft Giving Away games to Nokia X Owners

If you're an owner of the Nokia X, XL, or X+, well you're about to get some free games thanks to the folks over at Gameloft. One of the games that Gameloft is giving away is Real Football 2014. There's also Asphalt 8, which Microsoft is throwing in the Prime Car Pack DLC package along with the game. The third game is Dungeon Hunter 4, which is going to be also free in this offer for Nokia X owners. Microsoft is touting that these games come with 40 euros worth of content, which is pretty cool for those that own one of the first generation Nokia X devices.

What's interesting here is that the new Nokia X2 isn't eligible for this deal, only the original Nokia X, XL, and X+ that was announced in February at Mobile World Congress. Now it's not like Nokia hasn't sold many of these devices. Over in China they sold about a million in just a few days. While it's not up to Samsung's standards, it's still a pretty big number for a struggling manufacturer. For those interested, we've got the full press release down below.

Continuing with our tradition of rewarding our loyal smartphone users, Gameloft and Nokia have an exciting range of special edition games worth over 40€ (or equivalent value in local country)available for free, until August 31.

Starting July 1 until August 31, each one of you with a Nokia X platform phone can download these incredible games with bonus in game content at no charge.

So are you ready to pump up your gaming machines with these games?
