Android How To: Check to see if your device is compatible with Android Wear

Yesterday at Google I/O, Google made Android Wear official - again. Android Wear is their OS for wearables like the LG G Watch, and the Samsung Gear Live. Which are both available for pre-orders right now. So which Android devices are compatible with Android Wear? Well to put it bluntly, anything running Android 4.3 and above. But Google has also put together a nice website to be able to show you if your device is compatible and here's how you do it.

  1. Go to g.co/wearcheck on your device
  2. It'll give you a green light if your compatible and a red light if you aren't.
  3. That's it.

It's so simple. But if you know what version of Android you're running, then you don't even need to use the Wear Check though. How many of you already ordered the LG G Watch or the Samsung Gear Live? Let us know in the comments down below.
