We've been hearing rumors of an OPPO N1 Mini coming soon, and well it's not really a mini device. But now we are getting word that OPPO is going to announce the N1 Mini on May 30th, which is this Friday. The OPPO N1 Mini is still going to sport the same camera, but we'll have a 5-inch 720p display here. There's also rumors of the OPPO N1 Mini launching with either the MediaTek MT6592 or the Exynos 5422 Octa processor. OPPO is looking to launch both a LTE and a 3G/HSPA+ version of the OPPO N1 Mini, which doesn't seem like a mini device. OPPO has also gotten rid of one of the LED's for the camera, so there's only one now. We're expecting it to arrive with a microSD card slot as well as an O-Touch back panel.
We should learn more about the OPPO N1 Mini on Friday, when OPPO officially announces the mini version of one of their latest flagships, the OPPO N1. Although I'm not sure it's mini, when it's going to be bigger, in overall size than most other flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S5, LG G3 (and the G2), but perhaps smaller than the HTC One (M8). Not sure OPPO knows what "mini" is, but we'll wait til Friday to see exactly what OPPO has in mind with the N1 Mini. Hopefully we won't be disappointed though.
