While the HTC One is about to be replaced, that doesn’t mean it’s a terrible phone. It’s actually quite a good phone, even with it being nearly a year old now. The HTC One has a Snapdragon 600 processor inside with 2GB of RAM, a 4.7-inch 1080p display, 32GB and 64GB of internal storage and a pretty large battery. It’s also running on Android 4.4 KitKat now, well on most carriers anyways.
Today, Amazon is offering the HTC One for just a penny on both Verizon and Sprint, while the AT&T variant is $49.99 on contract still. The interesting thing here is that the Verizon and AT&T HTC One’s will come with a $100 bill credit for a new activation, which is something that Sprint is not offering, at least not yet. The HTC One is a great phone, and I love the front-facing speakers. So if you’re looking for a good phone, you definitely can’t go wrong with the HTC One, especially at just a penny.
