As expected, HTC is putting ads everywhere – okay maybe not quite expected, but still nice to see. And the folks over at HTC Source, have found some of their ads in Google Search results, which in the description they list two new colors that are not yet available. Those would be Stealth Red and Stealth Black. Which I personally was hoping for a Stealth Black HTC One M8, as I really liked that color of the HTC One M7 last year since it made the black bezel blend in a bit more and looked amazing.
So it appears that HTC is working on a few more colors of the HTC One M8. Which isn't surprising since they did the same thing last year, and of course they aren't the only manufacturer that has done this either. Samsung likes to put out more colors a few months after launch. So now we're looking at, at least five different colors for the HTC One M8, depending on when these two colors are announced and become available, but hopefully they won't be exclusive to a single retailer or carrier. Last year, HTC gave Best Buy the exclusive on the blue HTC One M7.
The Stealth Red HTC One M8 should look pretty awesome, as the M7 in red looked awesome as well. So this brings the colors to Stealth Black, Stealth Red, Amber Gold, Gunmetal Gray and Glacial Silver. Not a bad color selection, but maybe they should have put more time into the camera than the different colors. Anyone else agree with me?
The HTC One M8 is available from Verizon and Carphone Warehouse in the US and UK, respectively, right now. With it launching in about 100 other countries in early April. Including the other national carriers like Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T. How many of you are planning on picking it up?
