The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 isn't new, but that won't stop Samsung from giving it a new paint job. According to Sammobile, Samsung is getting ready for a US launch of the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, but this time with a sleek brand new Garnet Red look. Samsung certainly knows how to catch consumers attention, and more than a few consumers will probably have their eye on this brand new refreshed color of the 7 inch Galaxy Tab 3. The color will be a limited edition tablet, so that means of course limited availability. If the word limited has you worried that you may not be able to get your hands on one, hopefully we can help relieve some stress by giving you the dates of when you can pick one up. Starting on February 2nd, Samsung will be launching the Garnet Red Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 at a wide variety of US retailers for the price of $199.99. This will be a Wifi enabled version only, and there has been no word from Samsung as of yet on if they will be releasing a 3G enabled Garnet Red Galaxy Tab 3 or not.
Keep in mind this is just a color rebrand here. So that means no new specs or features, but the same as which has been in every other color variant of the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0. For those of you that aren't aware of what the specs are, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 carries a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1024x600, and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and a 4,000mAh battery. you can take photos with either the 3MP rear camera or the 1.3 MP front camera, and you can store all those photos on the tab's 8GB of internal storage space. If 8GB isn't enough, and often times it's not, you can add more storage space with a microSD card via the expandable storage slot. Along with wifi connectivity, the Tab 3 7.0 supports GPS and Bluetooth as well. As far as Android Software goes, you'll be looking Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with an upgrade to 4.2 sometime after your first power cycle.
So now that the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 will have an eye popping new color available, will you be jumping at the chance to grab one of these on the 2nd? Or do you already have a tablet that you love? If so, what are you using?
