If you're a big fan of the Olympics, more specifically the Winter Olympics, the official guide app for the 2014 Winter Olympics that are to be held in Sochi, Russia is available now to download from the Play Store. The Winter olympics are scheduled to be held from Feb. 6th through Feb. 23rd coming up next month, so why not prepare yourself for all the major events to come with this guide? The app will certainly be helpful for those of you who plan to be at the event, but that doesn't mean it wont be useful for those who are simply just going to watch the Winter Olympic games this year. You can still download the app, and utilize its very handy info.

The guide looks to be pretty extensive, offering up all sorts of things from maps of the different locations for each event, or for use with navigating sochi itself. You also have the ability to use the app to purchase tickets to the games, as well as follow the complete schedule of all the competitions and different events. Quite possibly the coolest feature of the app, at least to us, is that you can use it to follow the Olympic Torch Relay that will take place, which is just downright awesome. The map feature of the app is interactive, so it should provide you with a fairly decent experience and ease of use if you will be in the city during the winter games.

The Official Sochi 2014 Guide is available for free should you want to download it, and if you're someone who usually follows the olympic events every time they come up, you wouldn't want to miss even one intense moment. The Sochi 2014 guide can help ensure that you stay up to date on all the excitement and you can do so on either your Android smartphone or tablet. Should you happen to miss something you deem important, the app looks to have a built in photo gallery which will most likely house all sorts of photos that are taken at the event, and then shared directly through the app itself. This certainly is a must have guide and app for anyone that is interested in keeping up with everything about this years Winter Olympics. You can grab the app from the Play Store link here.
