Motorola's Giving Something Away at 10pm ET - Possibly Some Wood Backed Moto X's?

Well, what do we have here? Motorola has definitely been making the headlines ever since CES was over, and the CES hangover was over with. Earlier this week, the Moto G Google Play Edition was announced. Then this morning, Motorola announced three new wood-backed options for the Moto X. Which are Ebony, Teak and Walnut. Now these aren't pure Ebony, Teak and Walnut backs, but treated to look like those kinds. Which isn't a huge deal, and at least they were up front with it. Along with that, Motorola decided to drop the price of the wood from $100 extra, to just $25 extra. But it looks like Motorola isn't done making the headlines.

It appears that at 10pm ET tonight (that's January 17th), Motorola has something "natural" planned that might involve a contest. The company sent out a tweet just a little while ago saying "Tonight we're giving away Natural makovers of a different kind. *wink* See you at 10pm ET." Which I agree with Droid Life, it definitely sounds like they are giving away some Wo0d-backed Moto X's in a couple of hours.

They have actually published the rules for this giveaway over on Facebook, which you can find part 1 and part 2 of the giveaway rules. To enter, you'll need to tweet at Motorola on Twitter, with a selfie of the entrant reenacting a scene from a movie. You'll also need to include the hashtags #plcfestival2014 and #MotoXNatural in the tweet. There's also only one entry per twitter account and per person. It looks like this one is only for the US this time, which is to be expected since MotoMaker is only in the US. The contest starts January 17th at 10pm ET and runs to January 18th at 3am ET. Good luck everyone!

How many of you are going to be entering in Motorola's contest tonight to win a wood-backed Moto X? Let us know in the comments below.
