Android Holiday Gift Ideas 2013: Day #4 - SuperTooth Disco Twin Bluetooth Speakers

Bluetooth speakers are always a nice accessory to have lying around the house. I actually use them quite a bit, so I can listen to Google Play Music, or just simply watch a movie with them. SuperTooth has a few really nice speakers, and today, we're talking about the Disco Twin speakers which I did actually review earlier this year. These are two speakers that can pair to one device at the same time. Which makes them pretty awesome speakers. The battery life would range from about 8-12 hours of straight playback, which I think is about average for Bluetooth speakers.

You can use the Disco Twin with a computer, tablet or smartphone. I always used them with a tablet or smartphone and it worked out great. It also requires Bluetooth 3.0, which most phones should have, if not Bluetooth 4.0. The operating range is also about 10 meters. These are some really great speakers that output some great sound as well. If you pick these up for someone as a gift, they definitely won't be disappointed.

By now, you probably know that I'm a big Bluetooth speaker fan now, especially having the Nexus 5 where the speaker isn't the best, but having a Bluetooth speaker pretty  much solves that problem for me, at least for now. There are plenty of others out there, but this is the first one I've found that actually allows you to have two speakers paired to the same device at the same time, and thus I had to recommend it over the others. Who wouldn't want sound coming out of both speakers at the same time?

We've got plenty of other gift recommendations coming in the next few weeks leading up to Christmas. We've already recommended the Chromecast, Sony Smartwatch 2 and the Acer C720 Chromebook. So what's on your list this holiday season?
