Sony Xperia Z1s Shows Up on Their Global Website - Could It Be the International Xperia Z1f?

Last month, NTT DoCoMo and Sony announced the Xperia Z1 f, which is basically the Xperia Z1 Mini, and similar to the DROID Mini it packs the same specs as its bigger brother but with a smaller display of course. Now, according to Ausdroid, the Xperia Z1s has shown u on Sony's global website. Which leads us to believe that this might be the global version of the Xperia Z1f. The Xperia Z1f has a 4.3-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 800 Processor, 20.7MP camera, and 2GB of RAM. The only real difference between the Xperia Z1f and the Xperia Z1 is the screen. Xperia Z1 is a 5-inch 1080p while the Xperia Z1f is a 4.3-inch 720p. Which you probably won't notice a different at that size of a display. I can barely notice a difference on the Moto X which has a 4.3-inch 720p display.

We already know that Sony will be the first keynote at CES in January, but I doubt they would wait that long to announce the Xperia Z1s. I'd expect them to announce another flagship device at CES, like they did last year where they announced the Xperia Z. I'm really looking forward to Sony bringing the Xperia Z1s over to the US. I think it would do pretty well since its a rather smaller phone, but still has flagship specs. Since not everyone wants a huge phone like the Galaxy Note 3. Hopefully Sony announces this one soon, and makes it available unlocked in the US. Since we already know they aren't really interested in the US market just yet. I'm still hoping that changes really soon.

If the Xperia Z1s were available at the right price, would you pick one up? The Xperia Z1s is rumored to launch in Shanghai on November 12th (which is today, over there). So we may see it available very soon. We'll keep our fingers crossed.
