Well, it looks like Oppo is kicking off with Indonesia. The device is now available there for 6.999 million Indonesian rupiah. This makes the N1 a little more pricey in Indonesia but, you’re still getting a lot of phone for your money. With a great 5.9-inch display, Android 4.2 and a brilliant camera, this is a decent phone if you don’t its size.
Lenovo IdeaTab S5000 Goes On Sale in China
Lenovo have quickly gained a name for themselves when it comes to reasonably priced Android tablets and this latest model is no exception. With a decent display and reasonable performance this is a great first tablet for someone or for those not looking to spend lots of money on something. TCL Hero N3 Now Up for Sale in China
TCL is a very popular brand in China and while we know them as Alcatel for the most part in the West, TCL is the name that counts in China. Now, the Hero N3 has officially gone on sale, which should be good news to fans of TCL’s devices. The Quad-Core MediaTek MT6589T inside doesn’t set this apart from others but, the 6-inch Full HD display and 13-megapixel camera do. For those looking to get their hands on the device, you can now buy it in China for somewhere in the region of RMB 1,999.
Samsung Fined $340,000 in Taiwan for Smearing HTC Online
Samsung has become an immensely popular brand across the globe. Such success has been fueled by their incredible marketing campaigns that they’ve been running however, in the past year or so, things seem to have gotten out of hand at Samsung. The company has been fined $340,000 US by the Taiwan FTC for posting fake material online abusing HTC’s name and their products. Delivering a great display at 1080p and performance, the G Pad 8.3 is a great device for those looking for a larger tablet. Japan Display is known for some incredible displays as it is but, these latest displays are really something. LG G2 Up For Pre-Order in Australia
Our friends over at AusDroid have noticed that the G2 is up for pre-order down under. The latest from LG can be pre-ordered from Harvey Norman for $597 AU for 16GB and $644 AU for the 32GB version.
