Drippler Gets Updated to Version 2.0 - Brings New Interface, Tablet Optimization, and More

Drippler is a pretty popular news app that quite a few people out there use. It launched back in May of 2012 on Android and has been downloaded over a million times. Currently it's reviews are sitting at a 4.7-star review. Which must mean it's a pretty good app, right? Well if that's not enough, it's also one of the top apps on Google Play and is also recommended by Samsung, Amazon, Verizon, AT&T and many others. Drippler, has been often referred to as "the first app you need to install on your device" and a "must-have app".

On Tuesday, Drippler announced a huge update to their Android app, which your favorite Android site (Android Headlines of course) is featured in. The update brings a new interface and design, drip categories, improved personalization and much more. Here's the full changelog from Google Play:

What's New

* Brand new interface and design
* Optimized tablet interface
* Drip categories
* Improved personalization
* Search
* Favorites
* and more!
The update is available on Google Play, now which you can grab by hitting the button down below. The size of the app is about 5.8MB, so it's not a large app, but it definitely is very useful. Drippler provides you with Android tips, tricks, apps, games, software/firmware updates, accessories, themes, wallpapers, widgets, tools and so much more. It's like a one-stop shop for all your Android needs. Drippler has many sources including TechCrunch, Gizmodo, TechRadar, CNET, Engadget, Android Headlines, Android Central and many more.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm definitely excited to use the updated Drippler app. The new tablet interface is really nice, especially on tablets like the Nexus 7, which I use to do most of my reading (after my work day is over) anyways. It's nice to see the app taking up all the screen real estate we have on our tablets and phones now.

How many of you use Drippler? What do you think about the update? Let us know in the comments down below.
