Tomorrow morning, Verizon and Motorola are set to announced the Droid Ultra, Droid Mini, and Droid Maxx. But that's not stopping the leaks from pouring out. We've just got another leak about a Limited Edition Droid Ultra. This one is black with a red stripe down the middle, and it looks amazing.
This could be one of the special editions that Verizon has requested for special occasions or their employees. The kevlar back gives the device a V-shape design with the red stripe being a bunch of arrows pointing downward. Maybe it's pointing to the microUSB charging port? You can also see on the back the "Verizon" logo and it says Limited Edition as well.
This isn't the first time we've seen a limited edition Droid device for Verizon. In the past, Verizon has had limited edition Droid Razr Maxx, ad Droid Razr Maxx HD for their employees. You probably noticed that those were the Maxx variants of those Droid lines, so this could in fact be the Droid Ultra Maxx. Of course, we don't know that for sure.
As we said earlier, tomorrow we'll find out all about the Droid Mini, Droid Ultra and Droid Maxx. Hopefully this is a special edition for the launch weekend or something, because man does this one look good. I'd like to see this option on the Moto X. Anyways, tomorrow is the big day. And you'll want to keep your browser locked to Androidheadlines.com for all the coverage from NYC and Verizon's event. I'm hoping they find someone that can read off a teleprompter better then JLo, from CTIA.
How many of you would love to have this Droid Ultra in their possession? Well you might want to go and apply to work at Verizon. Who's excited for tomorrow's announcement? Let us know in the comments below.
