Featured Review: Incipio Feather Case for the Nexus 4 & Giveaway!

Today, we've got another case for you to take a look at. This one is the Incipio Feather case for the Google Nexus 4. It's a very light case that basically just covers the back of your Nexus 4 along with the sides. It makes the back much less slippery which is always a good thing, especially since the back is made of glass.

The overall design of the Incipio Feather is nice and somewhat minimal. It does come in four different colors including black, gray, pink and blue. The case I am reviewing is the gray one. But the black case does blend right in with the overall color scheme of the Nexus 4. Which makes it look so much nicer. The Incipio Feather also has cut outs for all your ports, including the power, volume rocker, micro USB port, headphone jack, camera/flash, and the rear speaker. As you can tell in the images in the gallery below, it mostly just covers the back of your Nexus 4.

  • Very lightweight
  • Hardly noticeable when using your Nexus 4
  • Easy to put on your Nexus 4

  • May not have enough protection from falls
  • Price; $25 for a case may not be for everyone.

You can order the Incipio Feather case from Incipio's website for about $25. That's not a bad price.

Final Thoughts

The Incipio Feather is a nice looking and feeling case. The back has a bit of a grip, so you are less likely to drop it compared to when the Nexus 4 doesn't have anything on the back. Which is always a good thing since the back is made of glass and easily breakable and scratch-able unfortunately.
