Android 4.1.2 Heading to the Xperia J

Today, Sony started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 update to their Xperia J model. This comes on a day where AT&T rolled out the Jelly Bean update to their One X and the Micromax A110 Canvas also got some Jelly Beans.

November 19th, Canadian's Spectrum Auction

Today, the Canadian Government set November 19th as the date for the 700MHz auction in Canada. Most of you know that the carriers are running out of spectrum, and this will help them out greatly.

The Kindle Fire is on sale at Carphone Warehouse in the UK for about £89. Which isn't a bad price, if you want a forked version of Android.

Bell's Galaxy Nexus getting Android 4.2

...on March 8th. This is actually quite surprising to me. That Verizon beat another carrier for pushing out Android 4.2 to the Galaxy Nexus. But hey Bell customers, you should have it tomorrow.

LG Intuition Update rolling out

Earlier this week we told you that the LG Intuition on Verizon was getting an update, well it's now rolling out and of course its causing major issues. The biggest issue, Google Play is broken.
