Easy Envelope Budget Aid (EEBA) is a personal/household finance app for money management and budget tracking. This app will easily help you stay on budget. This is also the leading online envelope budget tool for Android and was also featured on Google.
Checkbook is another app that can help keep you on your budget. It will easily help you plan your money, and where it's going. Although Checkbook's interface is a bit old and dated, it still does what it needs to do.

This app will help you figure out exchange rates for just about every country in the world. It has no ads and is free. It also has an integrated calculator, every world currency, multiple currency display, override rates, invert rates, offline mode, and much more.

Mint is one of my personal favorite finance apps and services. It is a very helpful tool in budgeting. It can read your bank accounts, and let you know when you're overdrawn, or when you're going over your budget and much more.
