Today, ZTE announced yet another Jelly Bean device. This time it's the Blade C which is a 4-inch, Jelly Bean device with a $112 price tag? Wow, I know I'd buy it even though it's only a 4-inch display. But that pricing is unheard of.

Well it looks like the Xperia Z's brother the ZL is making it's way to Bell in Canada. The Xperia ZL was announced at CES earlier this month, but is not water resistant or dust proof.
