Are you looking for that special activity to do with your family to get into the holiday spirit? Google has given its users a fun and easy way to get involved. It's called Santa Tracker and given by one of Santa's many developers to let all you Santa lovers find out about his whereabouts come Christmas Eve! How fun is that? This is going to be such a fun and interactive activity that I can do with my 8-year-old son. I can't wait to get home and get started with him.
This fun app allows you and your family to follow Santa's progress Christmas Eve, and I can tell you now that my son will have a blast with this!
How does this work? You can visit Santa's little village as he and his elves prepare for the big night of hauling special goodies to families worldwide. Just scroll through the village and find the yellow bubble with a phone icon within and send someone in your family a special message from Santa HIMSELF!! Just about any balloon shape has an activity linked to it, so go ahead and test it out.
Find the bubble with a chimney and help drop presents in the chimneys as the elves continue to pass you by! Yes, even for adults it can be fun. I speak from personal experience here. There is a ton of interactive games to help Santa and his elves like building toys, collecting presents, creating candy, and more!
I'm not sure how many adults will find this entertaining, but for those with little ones this can be a really fun. I plan on sending my one little one a phone call from Santa, and we may even send his Daddy a special call or message as well.
Google really did a fabulous thing for families with this one, at least in my opinion. Not only has Santa Tracker excited me a bit more for the holidays, but I'm already picking out the things my son will enjoy doing, not to mention checking the countdown clock since he asks just about every day, "Mom, how many more days until Santa comes?"
I strongly recommend you use it for sending messages or phone calls to loved ones, or use it as a great way to get involved with your children by touring Santa's shop and checking his progress come Christmas Eve.
Is anyone else thinking this was a great incorporation by Google? Have they already used it for their loved ones? Let us know what you think!
