Sprint BOGO Offer Leaked For Holiday Sale - Galaxy Series Phones

If you were waiting for a good deal to come along this Holiday Season before you purchased a new Android device, then Sprint may have the deal you've been looking for, or maybe not depending on whether you plan to wait for the next generation of devices. In what has become a common series of events, upcoming Sprint deals have been leaked and are now making the rounds for speculation, and the latest leak is over a Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) deal for Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy SII, and the Galaxy Victory.

Like any other promotion of this nature, the deal is only available for new customers or those who are eligible for upgrade and will require a new two-year contract. The source of the leak says that there will likely be limited supplies, so if you were looking for an upgrade to the SIII for you and a significant other, then you'll probably want to jump on this deal fairly quickly. The deal dates run from December 7 through December 24, 2012.

These are all still quality phones, with the Galaxy SIII being the best deal among them if you're considering getting two devices. With the rumors swirling about the Galaxy S4, and a plethora of other flagship devices coming in Spring or Summer of 2013, there may be a large portion of consumers who choose to wait until next year for the latest device instead of taking advantage of sales like this toward the end of this series life-cycle. There's no reason to believe that these devices won't continue to be supported through OTA updates, but focus will obviously shift to the new series once they are available.

Obviously this sale isn't targeted at early adopters, instead the primary customer here has been holding on to their Android or other smartphone device for a few years and are ready to make the change to something more modern. Or they may have never had a smartphone and this BOGO offer is a great chance to take their first steps into the market.

Are you planning to get one of these BOGO deals? Or, do you plan to wait until the new generation is available?
