Now about the title, I know you're thinking "The Nexus 4 goes on sale November 13th", T-Mobile doesn't put it on sale until Wednesday, November 14th. But it appears that some T-Mobile stores are beginning to receive demo units of Google's latest Nexus device. T-Mobile will be selling the Nexus 4 for $199 (after $50 mail-in rebate) on a 2 year-contract, and that's for the 16GB model. If you want it on a Value plan, it'll cost you $199 plus 20 monthly payments of $15 on top of that. Bringing the total cost to $499. So if you're going to get the value plan, just buy it from the Play Store.
In case you've forgotten, here are the spec's of the Nexus 4:
- 4.7″ HD Gorilla Glass 2 display
- 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor
- 8 megapixel rear camera
- 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera
- 2GB RAM
- 16GB internal memory
- 2100mAh battery
- HSPA+ 42Mbps capable
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- Wireless charging
Quite a good phone for just $199 on contract right? If you're still on the fence about the Nexus 4, I suggest stopping by a T-Mobile Store anytime after November 14th and checking on of them out.
