Featured: ZTE Warp Sequent On Sale From Boost Mobile While LG Venice Gets Leaked

Phones, phones, and more phones! Phones for everybody! There's no shortage of Android device announcements, that's for sure and Boost Mobile happened to rack up a couple today. While the majority of US consumers are on Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint, there's also other carriers like Boost Mobile that, while aren't as fancy pants, do offer a decent service at a much more affordable price.

First up, the ZTE Warp Sequent (Yes, a rather amusing name) is on sale on the carrier and will run you $199.99 off contract which isn't too bad when you consider it is, well, off contract. Looks very similar to the Grand X (featured at the end of this post).

  • 4.3 inch LCD display at 540×960 (256 ppi)
  • 1.4GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8655 single-core processor
  • 768MB RAM
  • 4GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 32GB
  • 5 megapixel rear-facing camera
  • 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera
  • 1,650mAh battery with up to 7 hours talk time
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

Now, the LG Venice was leaked and is also known as the LG Optimus L7. Yeah, too many names to keep up with. It looks like it will be a step below the Warp Sequent and out sometime soon we guess.

  • 4.3 inch TFT display at 480×800 (217 ppi)
  • 1GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7227A single-core processor
  • 512MB RAM
  • 2.4GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 32GB
  • 5 megapixel rear-facing camera
  • 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera
  • 1,700mAh battery
  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

While neither of these phones are the cream of the crop, if you're a Boost mobile customer or wanting a cheaper carrier and looking for a decent, non-expensive Android phone without having to commit to a two year contract, they may be worth taking a look at.
