Featured: Nexus 7 Cases Available Now through Google Play Store But, For How Long?

Since Google I/O 2012 and the unveiling of the Nexus 7 and the Nexus Q we were all patiently waiting to see when they'd be available for order through the Play Store. The Nexus 7 and the Q came and went pretty fast, with the 16GB version of the Nexus 7 selling out sharply and the Nexus Q selling out within a day, despite its questionable price tag.

Now it's the turn of the Nexus 7 covers to become available to order in the Play Store properly and it seems that they'll be shipping in 3 - 5 days. They're said to be a soft touch matte finish sort of affair and should dress you Nexus 7 up as it protects it. For the small sum off $19.99 they could seem pricey or reasonable depending on your outlook on those sorts of things but, if the build quality of the Nexus 7 itself is anything to go by then these cases should be some pretty nice cases, indeed.

The idea of a Nexus tablet has had many excited since the first rumours began swirling way back in the first half of the year and for a lot of those out there the Nexus has delivered on expectations. Having official accessories for a device such as this is a nice touch and it's going to be interesting to see what Google and ASUS make of the three pin charging on the side of the device.

Now, go ahead and get your Nexus 7 cover as quick as you like!! Here's the link.
