Sony announces the Android-powered Walkman Z, heading to Japan





Not long ago, Sony Ericsson announced the Sony Live with Walkman, an Android-powered Walkman phone. Now, Sony themselves are trying to bring back the Walkman brand with their Android-powered Walkman Z.


The Walkman Z will run Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It will come available in 3 sizes: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. The Walkman Z features a 4.3-inch WVGA display, 1GHz dual-core, Tegra 2 processor, 512MB of RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI-out, DLNA, FM Radio, and more.
