HTC Readies more T-Mobile Android Smartphones: Sensation 4G, Doubleshot, Marvel

This summer, T-Mobile and HTC will make sure there's an Android phone for everyone.

The HTC Sensation 4G will be arriving at T-Mobile retail outlets as the first of the three new devices.  We can pass on the  rumors to you that the HTC Doubleshot will be sold as the T-Mobile myTouch Slide 4G, but no confirmation on that name yet.

Then there's the HTC Marvel.  This mid-range device will sport a 3.2 inch 320 x 480 display screen and packs a 600 MHz processor, the Qualcomm MSM7227.  I've seen it incorrectly described as an 800 MHz device on one fairly reliable site, but unless the chipset was changed after its announcement, this was always a mid-range phone with an older SoC.

You may know the HTC Marvel by its other name, the HTC Wildfire S. It's shipping with Android OS 2.3.3, not the "Android 2.4," it was announced with, though.

The photos show the HTC Marvel/Wildfire S on the left, and the HTC Sensation 4G on the right.  Expect to see them named T-Mobile instead of HTC.
