A new leak today adds another Droid to Verizon's big launch day April 28th. Already scheduled for release on the date are the Xperia Play, and the new Droid Incredible with the addition of the Droid Charge its going to be a great day for Verizon customers.
If You haven't heard about the Droid Charge its a 4.3" Super AMOLED Plus 4G LTE device from Samsung. It has an 8MP camera as well as a front facing camera for video calls. It features a 1Ghz processor and will ship initially with Android 2.2. It hasn't received much attention, but it will be a very competent device and should perform on par with the HTC Thunderbolt.
Droid Bionic Still Scheduled?
The other big announcement shown on this leak is that the Droid Bionic had been scheduled for May 12th. There have been plenty of rumors lately that the device has been cancelled however unlikely that may be for the Motorola Targa. Whatever the case it is likely to miss that release date so don't get your hopes up too high.
The good new is that Verizon is about to add another LTE device to their lineup. Hopefully Samsung was able to achieve better battery life on the network than the Thunderbolt has so far, which would be good new for the Bionic. Do any of Verizon's April releases have you excited?
