Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi "Estimated Release Date" April 6th?

Xoom Wi-Fi Canadian Release

Will the Motorola Xoom Wi-Fi tablet be making it's Canadian debut this upcoming Wednesday? According to recent product pages, maybe. Retail stores, Future Shop and Best Buy originally claimed the tablet would be delayed until April 15th but now both retailers product pages are showing the Xoom with an "estimated release date" of April 6th. The Android 3.0(Honeycomb) device will have some stiff competition as Apples iPad 2 is now available and RIMs Blackberry Playbook set to launch on the 19th.

As of now, the April 6th launch date is only "estimated". Meaning all we can do at this point is wait and see. And if your looking to get the Xoom elsewhere, TELUS will also have it for the same price of $599.
