It's all fun and games until the Verizon 4G network goes down

I woke up this morning to no 4G network on my Thunderbolt. That's not it though, I can't even get 3G in my normally rock solid signal house. I don't know what I am going to do. I have email to send, Twitter to update and reservations to make my for my trip. This really puts me in a bind. Hang on a second. OK, there. I turned on WiFi.

Twitter is all a flutter with the news that some time last night the whole thing came crashing down. I think the only Twitter user that is silent about this so far is the @VerizonWireless one.

As I sit here and type this 3G is back on for me in the Cincinnati area so the 4G may be back at any time.

I'm a 40 something early adopter of all things technology. I was first in line to buy both my original Verizon Droid and my Apple iPad 1. I don't hate your phone or tablet choice, but I've probably got an opinion about it. Aside from my family, the only things that I love more than a new gadget are fly fishing and going to the ballpark. Ocassionaly I find a way to blog about both. Though I'm only one more Foxconn story away from being fired, I've been writing for Android Headlines since March 2011.
