Samsung Moves Ahead on LCD and Display Technology

Showing off their future LCD roadmap, Samsung showed that their plans include glasses-free 3D screens and increased pixel density of 300-400 pixels per inch (ppi). For reference the iPhone 4 has a ppi of 326, the iPad is 132 ppi. As you can also see on the slides, Samsung intends to make their tablets even lighter and improve on battery life as well.
