With all the the buzz about 3D movies, TV's and now with that translating over into the smartphones platform, Samsung was quoted basically stating that they have no intentions of releasing a 3D Smartphone. Yet.
This was the news from Jim Powell, head of product management for Samsung Mobile UK, that shocked us all. He also went on to say that if (and when) 3D technology starts to soar in the smartphone community, that we can expect to see a response from them, but only at that time.
Well I'd have to say that when it does start to take off, Samsung may be left looking back in hindsight thinking "man we should've jumped on the bandwagon a loooooong time ago." But that's okay because even though they are not going to crank out 3D phones anytime soon, they are still releasing some pretty awesome phones like the Samsung Galaxy S 4G.
I know for sure that I can't wait for that day I have that extra dimension in the palm of my hand. Is anyone else hyped about seeing 3D phones hitting the market?
