AT&T is planning on an Android market flood this year, with one of those devices being the HTC Inspire 4G. According to recent info, it is set for an official release on February 13th.
The Inspire 4G, was introduced at mega tech show CES a few weeks ago, and will now apparently debut to the masses just a day before Mobile World Congress next month in Barcelona. While its specs are not as fantastic as the competition, the price may be what helps the Inspire 4G get a piece of the market.
Set to cost only $99.99 on contract after a $50 mail-in rebate, the pricing is a far cry from what we see having to fork over for flagship, high end devices. The Inspire 4G features Android 2.2 OS (Froyo), a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 768 MB of RAM, 4 GB of ROM, a 4.3 inch WVGA touchscreen, and an 8 megapixel camera.
