SDK for Android 2.3(Gingerbread) Finally Drops

That's right, finally after months of rumors, leaks, speculation, and anticipation Google as released the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) SDK (Software Development Kit).  There are a lot of improvements to go through but here a few points of interest.

  • Better download management
  • Improved keyboard
  • Enhanced UI (User Interface)
  • NFC support (Near Field Communication)
  • Support for SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
