ZTE MID Range 7" Tablet Hits FCC For Those On A Budget

ZTE sent their AD 8000 MID off to the FCC.  Now we get some specs on this little 7 inch guy.  Seems to be aimed at the mid range and probably a lot more budget-friendly than its competitors.  The ZTE AD 8000 specs include:

  • Android 2.2 (Froyo)
  • 600MHz Processor
  • 16 GB Internal Storage
  • SDHC Expansion Slot
  • 7 inch Resistive Touchscreen
  • 800x480 Resolution
  • 802.11 b/g WiFi

With specs like this, the AD 8000 is by no means a game changer.  Now if you are in the market for a tablet and power is not necessary, or you don't have $500 or more to drop on a Galaxy Tab, this might be right up your alley.  Either that or you can just wait for the ZTE Light to come out.
