T-Mobile has been Acquiring Trademarks

Companies register trademarks all the time and it's not uncommon if they don't actually use it. Back in May T-Mobile trademarked G1 Blaze as well as G2, G1 Rocket and just Blaze. This might not mean anything, but it does support the theories of a lot of rumors that have been going on for a long time. So maybe T-Mobile has chosen the name for the next generation of the first Android phone. Other names that were trademarked are: The Cliq 2, The Rocket, The Jet. They probably don't mean anything, but it is Trademarked to T-Mobile. Only time will tell if the rumors are true about the G1 Blaze. If there is a successor to the G1 its will most likely be the G1 Blaze or just Blaze. Rumors say that it will be release before the year is out.
